Monki nut butters are made in IJsselstein from organic peanuts, nuts and seeds.There are 15 varieties. All 100 % nut butters are in 330-gram consumer packs. Peanut butter and tahini also come in 650-gram jars. The production process includes roasting, possible shelling, mixing, grinding and filling. White almond and white cashew paste do not involve roasting. Monki organic nut butters are available in health food shops and other speciality shops in several countries in Western Europe; labels for these countries are provided in the corresponding language.
